The Major of Kiev Klitschko held the meeting in the metro tunnel
According to the portal MIGnews.com.ua, the construction of the two new metro stations will start by the end of 2017 in the capital of Ukraine. The perspective looks quite optimistic although the funding from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Developments has not been received yet and the design projects of the station are under development.
The new line connecting the airport of Kiev and the city part Troerschina was planned to be constructed due to the general plan of the development of Kiev. According to the same plan, the line Syretsko-Pecherskaya was planned to be extended to the city part Vinogradar’. Also the extension of the line Sineozernaya was planned to be completed by the end of 2016, but the city had no funding for those construction work.
