Second panoramic metro station to be constructed in Moscow

The new station will be added to the Kalininsko-Solntsevskaya line of the Moscow metro station.

The Michurinsky prospect station will have one glass wall, as the Vorobijevy Gory station has.

The implementation of the new underground metro projects continues in the capital of the republic Tatarstan.

Arbitration Court of Moscow denied the Administration of Saint Petersburg its request of reversal of the judgement of Paris office of the International Court of Arbitration on penalty of 1.2 billion rubles, which City Government owes to “Nevskaya Concessionary Company”  for the not implemented project of the Orlovsky tunnel.

JSC “Metrostroy” accomplished the drilling for the double-track tunnel for the extension of the Line 5, the works started on 23th of January, 2014.  The drilling was carried out with the TBM S-782, named Nadezhda. New stations are planned to be open in 2018.

80th anniversary of the outstanding Russian scientist

On the 1st of March, 2015, the 80-anniversary was celebrated of famous Russian hydro-geologist Valery Mironenko. 

The construction works at the site of “Sportivnaya-2” metro station are about to be completed. The first glimpse of the interior the representatives of the Saint Petersburg media were given while visiting the construction site. 

Moscow has 8 new metro stations to be opened in 2015

Deputy mayor of Moscow for urban planning  and construction Marat Khusnullin  announced that 8 new stations were planned to be opened in the next year, with a total length of new tunnels being 12 km. Also two new depots will be constructed as well.
